Messages. If you email us, we use your address and what you tell us only to reply and, should a collaboration follow, to manage it. We do not pass this data to third parties and do not use it for promotional messages. We keep it for as long as the correspondence and our legal obligations require.

Technical data. Like any website, the service that hosts it automatically records some browsing data (IP address, date and time, page requested), needed for operation and security. We do not use it to identify visitors.

Browser memory. During your visit only, the site remembers where you were on a page, so it can return you there when you go back. This technical information stays in your browser and is deleted when you close it.

YouTube. Some videos are hosted on YouTube. The player loads only when you choose to start it, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); from that moment Google's privacy policy applies.

Instagram. The «Write to us» button opens a conversation on Instagram: the site loads no Instagram code, and messages are handled under Meta's privacy policy.

Google Maps. The «Open the map» button leads to Google Maps, which processes data under its own privacy policy.

The typeface is hosted on this site: no data is sent to external services to display it.

At any time you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use, by writing to gioia@ultrastudios.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
